New Website & Blog Coming Soon!

It has been a while! You would think that the amount of time I have spent on the internet and my computers the past few weeks that I would have loads of time to blog. However, pretty much every single spare waking moment in the past few weeks has gone to the designing of my new website. Let me tell you – that is a job!!! I have been using Showit Sites to custom design my own website. I ADORE this program for the pure reason that I am a complete control freak and needed to have complete control over every single aspect of my website. Showit Sites is extremely user friendly (similar to photoshop in many ways). The only downside to me designing my own site is that being a perfectionist comes along with being controlling – and leads to many more hours of work.Anyways, my launch will be coming soon – once I get some feedback and testing done – So stay tuned for that exciting day! Below is a sneak peek.

2009!!!

2009 – READY OR NOT HERE I COME!I have been anxiously awaiting 2009 and what it has to offer me. This past September while I was attending a Scott Robbert workshop in Paris, I made a promise to myself that I would make 2009 my year. My year to progress, my year to learn, my year to shape my lifestyle and career. So in the spirit of it being my year, I decided to attend every single Scott Robert Workshop this year has to offer me – including Vegas, Venice, Hawaii, Montreal, Beijing, and LA. Sure, Tim and I will be living off of the bare essentials for a year (which won’t be that much fun), but I will get to travel the world, meet an abundance of wonderful friends, and bring my photography career to the next level.

I am in the process of finishing my new website and custom designed blog (thanks to my Computer software engineer boyfriend, Tim!) – both of which will hopefully be complete this weekend. Have to start 2009 off with a bang!

Happy New Years everyone – I hope you all shape this year into what YOU want it to be! Here are a few shots from the holidays with my new point and shoot.

This is what I get when I try to take pictures with or of Tim (lots of silly faces)!

Playing the card game ‘Pit’ which I would describe as sounding like the pigeons from Finding Nemo “Mine?! mine?! mine?! mine?! mine!”

This is our Christmas tree :) We live in a condo building and therefore cannot have a real Christmas tree, that and I have not started collecting decorations for a real or fake one.
